RF ID's and the American Road

Have you ever been stuck in a traffic jam for an hour only to come upon the scene of an accident caused by some reckless driver? Imagine that you were able to identify the driver as you drove through the accident scene. Further, imagine that you were ID'd yourself as you drove by... So, we have a party subject to being found guilty in court, and we have thousands of motorists all of whom have had their time taken from them by the guilty party. We know who is guilty, and we know who has been impacted and for how long... we have the grounds for a class action lawsuit! The reckless driver can now be sued on behalf of thousands of claimants all of whom have had their time robbed from them so some fool could himself get home a little bit quicker. The idea of paying $50.00 each to thousands of people would become quite a deterent to the reckless driving speeders of the world! Suddenly, waiting in a traffic jam isn't so bad after all...
